St. Louis, MO

The beautiful Riggs family is back on the blog! Randy, Hannah and Mona welcomed baby Gavin into the world this past December of 2011. We were overwhelmed with joy to hear the news and to see his precious little face.

During our visit to St. Louis, we had a great time photographing their new addition, as well as the whole family. While we were there they took us on a tour of their place of work, World Impact of St. Louis, treated us to one of their favorite BBQ spots, Pappy’s Smokehouse, and then to a tour of the Anheuser Busch Brewery. We had a great time and we can’t wait for our next visit. We love you Riggs family!

We can’t believe that Maddux is already a one year old! It seems that time has just flow by since his newborn, 3 month, 6 month & 9 month session. Where does time go? In any event, we’re very happy to have been a part of capturing this little slugger’s first year. The session started off with a few tears, but ended with a happy Maddux. Enjoy!

Jett – Six Months gone by…

Dear Jett,

Today you turned 6 months old. You had a checkup and weighed in at a healthy 20lbs, 3oz. As your daddy and I look back on how our lives have changed since you arrived, we can’t imagine life without you. You are one amazing baby, full of giggles, silly faces, high-pitched squeals, stinky butts, unexpected pee sprays, belly rolls, loud toots, chunky thighs, squinty eyes and the sweetest cuddly personality! You are MORE than we could have ever wished for. The first time we laid eyes on you at the hospital on June 7, 2011, our hearts fell immediately in love with you. We only hope that we will be the best parents you could ever ask for. We’ll always love you, unconditionally, and we want you to do whatever your heart desires when you grow up. Until then, may God keep blessing us with you in our lives and may He bring all the joys of life to you!
